QUALITY COMPONENTS

Our installations start with the highest quality components on the market; from Battle Born and Lithionics batteries, Zamp Solar panels and Victron Inverters all the way down to the 4/0 Welding cable and hydraulically crimped tinned copper battery lugs. These are well made, thoughtful components with industry leading warranties and smart, accessible user interfaces.

PROPERLY INSTALLED

This means safe, serviceable, clean, dry, ventilated, and compact. Juggling all of these factors can be overwhelming, and oftentimes we find ourselves fixing systems where the ball was dropped. With over 20 years of experience building custom bus conversions from the ground up, we are suited with a unique ability to look at both the big picture and the details at the same time and navigate these often competing system requirements.

EDUCATION

The third condition that must be met in a successful system installation is education. These systems are expensive and complicated. Too often we meet people who have paid for these upgrades but have not been shown how to use them or what to expect from them. At Hightail we are committed to educating our clients on their systems, and this doesn’t just mean when you pick up rig, it means WHENEVER you have a question.
